Specially crafted by Dr. Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie Allta is the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky fermented using a bespoke strain of yeast: Wild Yeast harvested from the Glenmorangie’s very own Cadboll barley, which grows in the fields surrounding the distillery.
The result: a rounded and crisp single malt whisky defying Scotch convention, proving that yeast can influence taste – to astonishing effect.
Allta is bottled Non Chill-Filtered at 51.2% ABV
Tasting Notes:
Color: Light gold
Aroma: Rounded, Biscuity/yeasty notes. Gentle floral notes (Carnations & Parma Violets), baking bread, very gentle vanilla, soft raisins, sweet mandarin orange
Taste: A crisp, citrus ‘bite’ in mouthfeel. Butter candy, creamy vanilla, orange syrup with slightly yeasty background. Gentle mint, the tiniest hint of sweet chili, delicate, dancing floral notes
Finish: Long and earthy with hints of bitter sweet orange and peppermint

Delivery

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Cypress Liquor.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Cypress Liquor takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (31) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Cypress Liquor' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. We offer 100% refunds and no returns fee for domestic orders.
