Description
Glenmorangie Lasanta is an elegant and full-bodied single malt whisky that has been extra matured in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks after a minimum of ten years in ex-bourbon casks. Non chill-filtered and with an ABV of 46%, its key flavor notes are of toffee, raisins and walnuts.
In Gaelic Lasanta means ‘warmth and passion’. Its luscious, soft, mouth filling texture, and its deep, enticing, sweet aromas and tastes appeal to those who like to experiment and whose confident choices inspire the mood of an occasion.
Distiller’s Tasting Notes for Glenmorangie Lasanta:
Color – Light russet
Aroma – Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee.
Taste – Deliciously sweet sherry flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices.
Finish – Long and satisfying finish with spiced orange and chocolate covered hazelnuts.
