Description
8,000 feet above sea level, in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, the Cody family has been cultivating this low yield, semi-wild rye grain since the 1930s. We fell in love with how it ferments and distills into a terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey
The first rye whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado history, it hails from the San Luis Valley rye grain of a single season, shaped by us as the single distiller, then aged in our federally bonded rickhouse for at least four years.
San Luis Valley Straight Rye Whiskey Botttled in Bond Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Sweet grass with honey and brine
Palate: Cooling notes of wild mint and fennel followed by deeper accents of sea salt, orange tea and brown sugar.
Finish: tobacco notes and a rich, buttery mouthfeel.

Delivery

If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery will not be completed, and the products will be returned to For Cypress Liquor.

Returns and Refunds
3.1. For Cypress Liquor takes great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure its quality and condition. In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within seven (31) days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3.2. Refunds or replacements will be processed at For Cypress Liquor' discretion after evaluating the nature of the issue. We may request additional information or photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.
3.3. We offer 100% refunds and no returns fee for domestic orders.
